Returns and Replacements

Report any issues to us WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery by sending clear photos by email to wecare@guyal.com. If approved, a free replacement and reverse pick-up will be arranged

You can make any changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. No changes/cancellations are permitted after 2 hours, because we start work on your orders immediately upon receipt
