Terms and Conditions – guyal.com
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer ("User") and MYO Jewellery Private Limited ("Company"). By accessing or using guyal.com, the User agrees to be bound by the following terms:
- User Eligibility: No specific age restrictions are imposed; however, the User affirms that they are capable of entering into binding contracts as per Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Accuracy of Information: While all efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Guyal shall not be liable for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing. All information is provided "as-is."
- Order Confirmation: An order shall be deemed confirmed upon receipt of payment. The Company reserves the unilateral right to refuse or cancel any order, and in such cases, shall refund the amount without incurring further liability.
- Payment Terms: Payments shall be accepted through valid online modes, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and other recognized digital platforms. No cash on delivery (COD) facility is provided.
- Intellectual Property: All trademarks, content, images, and other materials on guyal.com are proprietary to MYO Jewellery Private Limited. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and actionable under applicable laws.
- Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall MYO Jewellery Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or purchase of products.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
