Returns & Exchange Policy

MYO Jewellery Private Limited is committed to customer satisfaction. However, given the nature of fine jewellery and bespoke manufacturing, the following terms govern returns and exchanges:

 

  • Return Window: Customers may request the return of eligible products within a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.

 

  • Eligibility Criteria: Returns shall be accepted exclusively for non-customized products. Any item that has been modified, engraved, or personalized in any manner shall be deemed non-returnable.

 

  • Return Procedure: To initiate a return, the customer must formally communicate their intent via email to wecare@guyal.com, citing the order details and reason for return.

 

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost and logistical arrangements for return shipping shall be borne entirely by the customer. Guyal disclaims any obligation to reimburse return shipping costs.

 

  • Refund Protocol: Upon inspection and verification of the returned item’s condition, refunds shall be processed to the original payment method. Guyal reserves the right to withhold refunds should the returned product be found to be damaged, altered, or inconsistent with return eligibility.

 

  • Exchanges and Buy-Backs: At present, Guyal does not offer product exchanges or buy-back schemes. All sales, barring valid returns under this policy, shall be deemed final.
