Shipping & Handling Policy
At MYO Jewellery Private Limited ("Guyal"), we recognize the significance of timely and secure delivery. This Shipping & Handling Policy is intended to set forth the terms under which we fulfill customer orders. By placing an order on guyal.com, the customer consents to the terms outlined herein.
- Dispatch and Delivery: Orders placed on guyal.com shall be dispatched through our logistics aggregator, Shiprocket. The selection of the courier partner is at the sole discretion of Guyal and is contingent upon the delivery location of the customer.
- Delivery Locations: We endeavor to deliver products to all serviceable PIN codes across the territory of India, subject to the serviceability of our logistics partners.
- Shipping Charges: All domestic orders shall be entitled to complimentary shipping. Guyal reserves the right to amend this clause without prior notice.
- Delivery Timeline: While Guyal shall make best efforts to adhere to standard delivery timelines, delivery periods may vary depending on the geographical location of the customer. Guyal disclaims any liability arising out of delays attributable to logistical issues or force majeure events.
- Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, customers shall receive an Air Waybill (AWB) number to facilitate real-time tracking on the courier partner’s portal.
- Packaging: Each product is securely encased within durable corrugated packaging, designed to maintain both discretion and safety during transit.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not service orders originating from or destined for territories outside India.
